Why Haki
Most of us have hired someone off a WhatsApp group or a neighbor's recommendation and hoped for the best. Sometimes it works out. Sometimes it doesn't, and there's no one to call. Haki exists to close that gap — every Pro on the platform passes a background check before they can accept a single job, and every job is backed by a task guarantee, so there's real recourse if something goes wrong. We're pre-launch, building this in Accra first, and we'd rather tell you plainly what we're building than promise more than we can back up.

All payments run securely through the app via Mobile Money — no cash handling, and Pros get paid fast once a job is confirmed complete.
What happens if something goes wrong on a job?
Every job is backed by a funded task guarantee, so there's real recourse if a job doesn't go as expected.
